Shamanism

An integral part of my shamanic practice is supporting individuals regain their sovereignty or life force through individual sessions with the help of the spirits. 

Sometimes difficult life events leave us feeling unbalanced, detached, shifting something in us undoubtedly. We can also inherit or take on particular behaviors from our family of origin and its system, which are often not beneficial for us, block the flow of love, and do not belong to us. 

Shamanism is a spiritual healing practice with particular methods and strategies to help restore personal power, reintegrate soul parts that we may have lost or given away, removing energetic intrusions or negative thought-forms, abolishing energetic overshadowing and helping lost souls who have passed on by guiding them compassionately to their own unique light. 

Together in a first session, we will ask for clarity around your situation and how to proceed. This session is generally one hour in length. If the work needed is substantial a second appointment may be required at your discretion. In-person appointments are once again possible and preferable. However, online sessions are still a good option. Either way, the intention of welcoming you into an accepting, non-judgemental and safe space remains. 

A basic workshop in core shamanism, is required in order to participate in all shamanic workshops on this site.
